I don't know if you guys are familiar with the show, but the commissioner says that it is a good comedy anime. I agree to that after watching the first two episodes.

anyway, here we have eiko aizawa(the damsel)  captured by ika musume's evil counterpart(which I just made up lol. She's just an adorable self proclaimed invader in the show)   

this version if ika-chan is smarter and more proficient on using her tentacles than ika in the show. Enabling her to capture chizuru(which will be featured in the future) and eiko. Then proceeds to subject them to an intense tickle torturing. With her arms and legs tightly restrained with ika's tentacles, eiko is helpless as the invader teased her mercilessly
