Here we have sasori now holding sakura captive(funny cause earlier in the fight she said she'll do anything to catch the akatsuki member). Chiyo is nowhere to be seen(presumably defeated beforehand)  

poisoned with a paralysis drug, sakura was helpless as sasori will now begin modifying her to be one of his puppets
